North Carolina House District 45 is a special part of Cumberland County, North Carolina. We have many great attributes but our people make NC45 special. Hope Mills is our major center of life and our region is expanding with many new opportunities.
My name is Dr. Frances Vinell Jackson and I am seeking your Vote and Support to represent you, your dreams and the opportunities ahead for NC45. Vote Jackson for the best future for people, jobs, education and the environment.
District 45 includes Strickland Bridge Road, Stoney Point, the Town of Hopem Mills and Grays Creek, Cumberland County, North Carolina. NC45 is bounded by the Cape Fear River on the east, county boundaries on the south and west and a line north of Hope Mills on the north.
In additional to our wonderful people, we have a commercial airport, a major river, Interstate 95, a convention center and southern elements of the city of Fayetteville.
Hope Mills and District 45 is going places and Dr. Frances Vinell is just the right person to advocate for and lead the opportunities ahead. We must put the needs of the People first, a vote for Jackson will do just that!

Attract and foster both new and traditional industries while encouraging growth from within our community.
I support a living wage to ensure that all workers (including tipped employees) can adequately provide for their own wellbeing and that of their families. Citizens should be assured a fair and living wage.
Education: education for every child/student by ensuring by ensuring that our public schools provide quality, accessible, and developmentally appropriate education for every child in our state.
Timely salary increases for teachers and support staff,(administrative staff, bus drivers, custodians, cafeteria workers).
Environment: Protect our air, water, soil, forests, wetlands, watersheds. Ensure adequate drinking water for all citizens within our community.
